We are seeking a qualified Director who shares our Christian faith, embraces our ministry's mission, and can lead our center with both professional excellence and spiritual integrity.
Basic qualifications:
Applicants should meet the following qualifications before applying:
Minimum age: Must be at least 21 years old.
Education and credentials: Must meet New Mexico ECECD qualifications for a licensed childcare center director.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, childcare management, and staff leadership.
Licensing knowledge: Understanding of New Mexico childcare licensing requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
Christian faith: Must demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and affirm the Statement of Faith of Christian Life Santa Fe.
Leadership ability: Capable of hiring, training, supervising, and developing childcare staff.
Background screening: Must successfully complete all required background checks, training, and certifications.
Availability: Must be able to fulfill the responsibilities of leading a daycare in Santa Fe, including on- site operations.
*Preferred qualifications: Experience opening a childcare center, working directly with ECECD, managing budgets, and growing enrollment.
